Cute One Piece Bathing Suits

There are cute one piece bathing suits, they are not mythical. You don't have to wear a bikini to look sexy. The designers today make some really awesome looking one piece bathing suits. There are cute ones, and sexy ones. These are not your Mothers bathing suits.

The reason most people have an aversion to one piece bathing suits is that they used to be designed poorly. They were baggy and not form fitting. The new ones are very flattering. You can choose from classic designs or newer modern looks. There are even retro styles.

Most women like these because they are more modest than two piece bikinis. That said, there are plenty of really cute one piece bathing suits out there. You don't have to be in super shape with a tight body and no fat to wear them. They are body flattering and look awesome.

When you're buying a swimsuit, you really want to get it from a good store. You can get away with cheap stuff when you get jeans or t-shirts. But when you get something like a bikini or one piece, you really, really don't want to skimp. That's why I only put up places like Nordstrom, Bloomingdales. If you want to splurge, then you might want to check out Saks or Bergdorfs....that's for high end designer stuff. Saks is actually one of the better high end shops for swimsuits. They have some really cute looks and they don't charge an exorbitant amount. When you buy shoes or dresses, then yeah, you're going to pay lots more. But the high end swimsuit lines are not really that much more and some of them are just so beautiful I couldn't help but add them.

What is cute? Well, it depends on what you  consider cue, of course. But for the sake of being on the same page...it's not super sexy or two piece stiff. Not that there aren't sexy two piece outfits. Just, that these one peice outfits will be more on the cute side of sexy. They are also not your typical athletic speedo one pieces. I actually like Speedo one pieces but what's crazy about them is that you actually have to be in awesome shape for them to look good. They are so basic, tight and form  fitting. It's actually better to go with a well designed one piece that is meant for style and not performance in the Olympic pool!!!

First up are the Swim Dress Style. These are really cool and they're great if your going to a pool party, or want something that looks more like a dress.

 Here is a bandeau swimdress. It's really cute and has an awesome reviews. It's available at Nordstrom. It's got an awesome cut and fits perfectly. It's not baggy. I like these for when you're going to be at a pool party or a beach party and won't be laying out but mingling. These are also great for when your having a party and won't be in the water that much. You can walk around and it won't be like you're walking around in a bikini?

Here is a nice Crochet style. It's a tie behind the neck style. It's USA made. Poly and Spandex to be form fitting. The crochet style is really hot.

Runched Halter Style with Tummy Control

This is a really nice navy blue sporty look. It has a tummy control design and a really figure flattering shape. This has that summer, beach look that is really cool.

 

Cute One Piece Swimsuit with Plunging Neckline

This one's a real stunner. It's cute but also has enough edginess to be sexy. It's not over the top, its really classy. This is one of the most poplar one piece bathing suits at Bloomingdales. They have a lot of great reviews from women who wore it. This is really a hot look. I like this particular color, but you could choose a different design if you like. This one's really great because it has a nice midsection crossover. It makes the whole look work. You have the appearance of a super plunge when in reality, its only a regular plunging neckline. I think its probably one of the best designs for women who want something sexy and cute not just sexy.

I'm going to add one more look from  Bloomys. It's another really cute one piece look. It's a Morrocan themed one piece. This one is a real stunner. I don't know how many people would call it cute, its a bit sophisticated. But, it's really hot no matter what you call it. I think that any girl who's looking for a one piece would love this. It's got a real edge to it. The designs are where one piece swimsuits really stand out. This is something that would see Kim Kardashian wearing. It's just got that really hot look.

These are just a few of my favorite cute styles. It really depends on what you consider cute. Do you like the streamlined look of the navy sailor style? Or do you prefer a more retro look? One look I really think it cute is the retro rockabiliy look. You didn't see it that much until recently, but it is certainly a hot style. It is also great because it works so well with all figures. Full figured gals and petite gals both can rock the rockabilly (Ha!) with equal joie de vivre.

Brazilian Bikini Butt Workouts: Lift Your Butt!

If you’re planning on wearing a Brazilian bikini, or a cheeky bikini, then you want to make sure your butts looking great. A bikini looks great if you look great. So, here are some exercises that will help tone up your butt and lift it. You can do all of them without weights. There are some exercise that are weighted, and I’ll give you a bit of a reason as to the difference between weighted butt exercises and non-weighted.

So, who’s got the best butt?  Jenn Salter has arguably the most famous butt in the world. How did she get it? Well, lucky for you she is not keeping it a secret.

Donkey Kick

This is the most popular exercise for getting your butt ready for a Brazilian bikini. The beauty of this exercise is that, aside from its name, it’s beautiful. It is the most basic and efficient method of toning your ass and giving you the best butt possible.

The reason I like the donkey kick for butt workouts is that you don’t need a gym to do it. You can do it on the floor of your living room or bedroom. It is perfect for isolating the glutes and hitting them in exactly the right spot. Some exercises like squats and lunges, which are great, are tricky for women new to exercising because you will end up hitting your quads more than your glutes. With the donkey kick your going to isolate those glute muscles.

Standing Kickbacks AKA Chair Kickbacks

 

These are a modification on the original. You can do these without getting down on the floor. You stand and place you hands on the back of a chair and then kick back one leg. These are good because they also help you maintain balance. Keeping balance helps stabilizer muscles.

Like the donkey kick, these are perfect for isolating your glutes. You don’t have to worry about using your quads instead. These won’t use your quads. If you have trouble hitting your glute muscles, give this exercise a try.

You can also do these against a wall if you like. 

 
 

Squats Without Weights

 Squats are the most famous exercise for your butt.  The great thing about doing squats is that you can add weight. This is good for building muscle. Other exercises are good for toning, but squats are the best for building a butt. If you have a flat butt, then you should look at doing squats. You can squat without weights to start, but by slowly adding weights, you can really enhance and get a great bubble butt that will look amazing in a Brazilian bikini.

The first move to to do unweighted squats. You want to make sure you have proper form. If you don't have proper form, then you will hit your quads more than you're butt. You want to isolate the glutes. The glutes are the ass muscles. When you see a woman who has a perfect apple ass in a bikini, she's got great glutes.

After you have the form down, you can add weight. Now, you won't add lots of weight. You are not going after a powerlifter look. You want a nice sexy butt for a bikni. Think Jessica Alba.

You can add weights once you have perfected the form. Most people think that they have to use a barbell when they squat. But this is not true. You can do dumbbell squats. This is excellent because it allows you to not have to worry about balancing a bar on your back. Instead, you can focus on form.

So, what type of bikini are you looking for?



The most popular bikinis are Brazilian bikinis and cheeky bikinis. If you're spending time making your butt look great, then don't get a saggy old fashioned Binni. No matter how tight and toned your butt looks, if you get a full coverage bikini it won't look good. You want something that is figure flattering. Check these out.

Finding a Bikini for Large Busts

If you’ve got curves, then you know that one of the hardest things to shop for are bikinis for large busts. A lot of places will advertise their swimsuits as being designed for curvy girls with big busts, but the end result is rather….blah! They  don’t look good. They either squeeze you or they are too baggy.

It shouldn’t be hard. If you want a bikini that is designed for large busts, then you should not get one that’s just an oversidezed top. That will look really bad and not flatter your shape. Likewise, don’t try and wear something that’s too small. It will look stuffed. Even Marlyin Monre and Kate Upton would look bad if they tried to fit into a tiny top that was not designed for large busts. 

There are some designers that make bikinis for big busts, but the most popular designer by far is Freya. So I'm going to list the Freya bikinis up front.  The other design that makes a really cute bikini for large busts is Kenneth Cole. The two bikinis at the bottom are from Kenneth Cole.

A lot of times you can mix and match. Get a top you like and then you can match that with any number of bottoms. Here’s a good video where a lady reviews the Freya bikini. 

 

The most popular brand of bikini for large busts is Freya and Aerin Rose. They are both made for ladies with big busts. It’s pretty easy to find one piece swimsuits if you have a large bust, but a bikini is a different story. There are not lots of options for two piece swimsuits. Some companies make larger sizes, but the best choice for ladies with large busts (D, DD and up) is to go with a company like Freya. Lots of pin ups and full figure models like them because they are cut to flatter your shape and not squeeze you and make you look stuffed in.

Extreme High Heels

If you're looking for extreme high heels you know what you want. You want something that is really high. 4 inch heels? No way. 5 inch heels are like the cuttoff. They might not even make the cut for some ladies.

Extreme high heels are going to be 6 inch or more. Realistically, you won't see many over 7 inches. There are a few 8 inches, but that's really extreme.

So we're talking stilettos and heels in the 6-7+ range. That's where you will find the most variety. You have everything from super hot stripper heels, exotic dancer platform shoes--the clear or glitter types.

Classy or Trashy?

What type of high heel are you looking for? Do you want a classy, dinner and drinks, work safe design heel? Or do you want a sexy, hot, maybe even trash shoe?

I won't break this down into the more separate styles such as stripper heels, dancer heels, and other heels.Basically, any heel that's over 5 inches can be considered an extreme high heel. The higher you go, the tougher it is to find shoes. 6 inch heels are about as high as most designers go. There are some 7 and 8 inch heels listed that you can check out.

The first company I recommend looking at is Zappos. I like them because they have a great return policy. If you get a shoe that doesn't fit right you can return it and get a better size sent to you at no cost. This is really helpful when getting shoes. I have had to return shoes in the past (sneakers actually) and they sent a shipping label  and the whole process was really simple and easy.

Now on to the Stripper Heels and Extreme Heels!

These are all available on a site that sells clothing and outfits for Exotic Dancers and women who like the look. They are a great place to find really outrageous, extreme heels. The shoes are not high end designers like the ones shown above, but really if you're looking for 6 or 7 inch heels then these are your best choices.

So you have a bunch of choices when you start looking at 7 inch heels. You have the classic stripper heel, which is a clear platform. You have the gigantic 9 inch heels, which are really outrageous. Then you have regular 7 inch platform or stiletto designs that are ultra sexy, but you can still walk in.

I like the brand Ellie. They are known for making hot and good heels. Talk to any dancer and they will tell you that it's important to get a heel that you can walk in. You don't want to get something that's designed only for a photoshoot, you want something you can move in, even if you only wear them in the bedroom.

What about heels higher than 7 inches?

Once you get to extreme high heels that are in the 8,9 and 10 inch heel length, your looking at shoes that are meant for photoshoots and should only be used when lying down. You can't walk in 10 inch heels.  Don't try to. Even 7 inches is trick for most women. When you are on these websites designed for exotic dancers they will tell you when you look at the 10 inch heels that you shouldn't even try and stand up in them.

There is a point at which high heels go from super sexy (5-7 inches) to being more of a oddity (10 inches). There are ladies who like the 10 inch heels, but they use them lying down. Don't try walking in them.
